Nick is a great realtor. He handles everything from beginning to the end calm, patient and answers all questions in a manner that is easy to understand. We sold our home immediately and over asking too. I would recommend Nick to be your realtor too. He has a lot of knowledge to pass on to his clients wether you are buying or selling. Reminds me of a stereotypical cars sales person, says "I got you a real great deal", spams your phone number, very pushy and abrasive. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
